FRANKFURT - Germany's Christian Democratic Union (CDU), Christian Social Union (CSU) and German Social Democrats (SPD) reached an agreement on "grand coalition" after tough negotiations, local media reported Wednesday morning.
The allocation of cabinet members among the three parties have been concluded, reports said.
