Top 10 theme park groups worldwide

OCT (Overseas Chinese Town) Park China surpassed Universal Parks and Resorts to rank third in terms of total visitor volume among all global theme parks, following park giants Walt Disney Attractions and Merlin Entertainments Group, according to latest annual Theme Index and Museum Index: The Global Attractions Attendance Report.

Moreover, another two Chinese theme park groups – Fantawild Group and Chimelong Group – took the fifth and sixth spots.

The report said attendance at theme parks hit 521.2 million in 2019, with growth reaching 4 percent from 2018 to 2019.
