"This tree is named 'longevity tree' in Qiandongnan, carrying the implication of hope, just like China's burgeoning space industry," said Pan. Pan felt proud to make a "starry sky" with their ethnic group's special handicraft, and this handicraft also presents Chinese ethnic culture to the world.
