Chinese mainland reports 427 new local confirmed COVID-19 cases

BEIJING -- The Chinese mainland on Monday reported 427 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 145 in Inner Mongolia and 82 in Xinjiang, according to the National Health Commission's report Tuesday.
