Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in Astana on Tuesday for the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and a state visit to Kazakhstan. His convoy was warmly welcomed by local Kazakh people and overseas Chinese.
