Driver rams car into people in Changde

A 39-year-old male driver, surnamed Huang, was detained after ramming his car into people in Changde, Hunan province, on Tuesday morning, the local police said in a brief statement.
The incident occurred at 7:37 am in the city's Dingcheng district. The victims were sent to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
The incident is under investigation.
