The launch came as China's education system adopted new curriculum standards and textbooks nationwide, emphasizing practical language skills and problem-solving abilities.
The new product, based on Talk about China with Oxford, targets elementary to middle school students across seven proficiency levels. It integrates China's revised curriculum standards with internationally recognized standards.
An advanced essay-review function, powered by Youdao's AI model, offers feedback to students, allowing them to refine their written English.
The content also includes China-themed materials, such as cultural and historical narratives, which align with the curriculum's goal of teaching students to "tell China's stories in English".
