The Georgian cuisine will feature at Madrid Fusión, the world’s most influential gastronomy congress in the Spanish capital, from January 27 to 29, the National Tourism Administration of Georgia said on Sunday.
The Georgian stand will showcase food, wine and tourist products for guests and representatives from the culinary industry, with ‘Show Kitchen’ also integrated into the national stand.
Georgia will be represented by four chefs - Guram Baghdoshvili, Davit Narimanishvili, Daduna Ghlonti and Irakli Todadze, with master classes in Georgian dishes and wine tasting to be held for three days, twice a day at the fair, the GNTA added.
Maia Omiadze, the Head of the GNTA, will also attend the event.
Madrid Fusión congress has a 22-year history, with more than 25,000 visitors from over 50 countries and more than 1,800 professionals participating in the culinary event.
