China-foreign co-produced documentaries showcased at Fuzhou festival

The second Maritime Silk Road Documentary Film Festival raised its curtain on Friday in Fuzhou, Fujian province, to showcase 24 China-foreign co-produced documentary films.
The films cover nature, history, culture, technology and other topics, showcasing the scope of China-foreign collaborative documentary filmmaking through a focused and comprehensive presentation of their achievements.
One of the films screened was Dear Kuliang. Co-produced by Liu Siyuan, the film depicts the story of China-US cultural exchanges that took place in Fuzhou's resort area on the land of Guling, known as Kuliang in the local dialect.
