Suizhou sets mushroom dish world record

Suizhou, Hubei province, recently set a Guinness World Record for organizing a mushroom feast with the most varieties of mushroom dishes.

Organizers prepared 300 unique mushroom dishes for the March 29 event, and another 65 were cooked on-site. They included traditional dishes like stuffed tofu with mushrooms and innovative dishes like mushroom mousse and mushroom egg tarts. Ultimately, 325 of the dishes met the standards required to be accepted.
