In response to shifting global trade dynamics, Hangzhou-based SEO Technology Group has expanded its flagship foreign trade service platform from 50 to 150 system languages – empowering Chinese exporters to tap into non-US markets.
As a major foreign trade hub, Zhejiang is home to thousands of exporters. To help them adapt, SEO quickly mobilized engineers to upgrade its Foreign Trade Express system, which supports smart website development, operations, customer engagement, and data analysis. The platform serves around 6,000 Zhejiang-based businesses.
"Even if clients only provide basic information about their products, we can handle everything from market insights to overseas promotion," said CTO Fang Yong. "With the addition of 100 niche languages, we're helping exporters connect with more countries and diversify beyond traditional markets like the United States."
Live data from the platform shows growing engagement from countries such as Russia, which now ranks second after the US in visitor traffic.
As more Chinese firms shift from simply selling products to building global brands, the demand for high-quality digital services has grown. To meet this demand, SEO has introduced AI-powered customer service, VR factory tours, and intelligent background checks on potential buyers.
"We're confident in the future of Chinese exports," said Fang. "With technology and innovation, we aim to help businesses reduce costs, improve efficiency, and go further on their global journey."
