張劍飛：Yes，we launched a big program in hit-haunting for talents since last year. And we realize that to win the competition both in economic development as well as social development, talent is the key to the success.

What we are very much in need is in engineering side, in management side and also in financial side. So I would like to welcome anybody who has the talent to help us in Changsha.
