Keyon Dooling forced a second overtime with a running layup, and the Miami Heat took advantage by scoring the first seven points of the extra session in a 112-110 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday night.

Shaquille O'Neal had his third straight double-double, finishing with 19 points and 18 rebounds for Miami, which snapped a two-game losing streak in dramatic fashion.

Keith Van Horn scored eight points in the first overtime, including 3-pointers on consecutive trips. When Michael Redd hit a jumper from the top of the key with 11.7 seconds left, the Bucks were up four and seemingly poised to win their fourth straight.

But after Eddie Jones scored to cut the lead to 105-103, Van Horn gave the Heat their biggest break, dropping a pass and knocking the ball out of bounds with 5.7 seconds left. Dooling took the inbounds pass, raced the length of the floor and dropped in a layup with 1.4 seconds left to tie it.

Van Horn — who led all scorers with 26 points — had a chance to atone for his miscue, but his straightaway 3-pointer with one second left in the game came up short. Redd had 21, and Maurice Williams added 18 points and 10 assists for Milwaukee.

Eddie Jones had 19 points for Miami, which also got 17 from Rasual Butler and 14 apiece from Udonis Haslem and Damon Jones.

Miami played its second straight game without second-year guard Dwyane Wade, the Heat's leader in scoring (25.6 per game) and assists (7.4). It's unknown if Wade's sprained left ankle will improve enough for him to play Tuesday at Minnesota.

The Heat used a 9-0 run early in the third quarter to build a 62-54 lead, and when Wesley Person made a 3-pointer and another jumper in a 60-second span later in the period the Heat held a 71-62 edge — their biggest of the night.

Milwaukee quickly rallied behind Williams, who scored six points in a 9-1 Bucks run over the final 1:55 of the third and cut Miami's lead to 72-71 at the end of the quarter. Van Horn scored five straight points to put Milwaukee up 85-80 with 5:20 left in regulation.

Neither team led by more than five points in a back-and-forth first half, which ended with Miami up 51-48 even though Milwaukee missed 10 of 11 shots during a five-minute stretch of the opening quarter.

Joe Smith had 16 points and 11 rebounds for Milwaukee, which also got 17 points from Desmond Mason.

Shandon Anderson, waived last week by the New York Knicks and signed Sunday by Miami, made his debut and had two points and two assists in 11 minutes.
