Kah Square in Kash, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous
Region on Tuesday. The festival, also known as Id al-Gurban, is a
major Islamic festival during which people slay livestock for
celebrations. Ten ethnic groups in China, including the Hui, Uygur,
Dongxiang and Bao'an, celebrated the annual festival on Tuesday.
