A young watch brand founded in 2003 conceives limited edition collections as a result of an independent, self-assured vision, not in response to fleeting fashion trends. With the slogan "Since Tomorrow", it defines a notion of consistently forward-looking modernism, self-expression and refinement.

Headquartered in Geneve, Switzerland, the diamonds or jewels on the watch are all picked and made in Madrid, Spain by professional workers.

The CEO of deLaCour, Alfred Terzibachian introduced the brand to us in detail. In 2003, the Bichrono was the first watch released by deLaCour and was designed by Pierre Koukjian. It is an innovative dual time-zone watch powered by two independent chronograph movements set in the stunning oversized tonneau shaped case.

The Bichrono was nominated in the Best Design category by the Geneva Watch making Grand Prix and was awarded the second place amongst a forum of 40 participants.

In 2004, they created the innovative Bitourbillon containing a movement with two tourbillons linked by a differentiated movement, of which one would be at 5 o'clock and the second at 7 o'clock as well as a shooting star at 12 o'clock.

Behind the incredible technical and mechanical achievements of the Bitourbillon, lies a romantic, philosophical and poetic message of the duality within each human being.

The earth, our reality, represented by two tourbillons emerging face-to-face, turning the one against the other, like a great allegory of our existence, of yin and yang, of day and night, of both hemispheres of the Earth, the cycles of every day: one dynamic and active the other calm and serene. We experience synchronicity, the combination of two different worlds, with two different lives, symbolized by two independent time zones.

And finally, the mystery: The circular window that crowns the Bitourbilion, welcomes the small cosmos that it symbolizes: the astrology, the senses under the influence of the moon, the destiny in stars, wishes made on each furtive fleeting star. Our fantasy or our way of being? It is a mystery.

The brand?is now creating more new watch lines like the Saqra and the Promess line, to carry on this level of innovation. Like Terzibachian said, "Our future is found in the future, not in the past", coinciding with the slogan of the company "Since Tomorrow".

Terzibachian revealed that he is concentrating on the Chinese market now and cooperating with local companies, intending to debut in stores in China within a year.
