The extreme playground at the Casa del Arbol, Banos, Ecuador, has become a firm favorite with thrill-seekers despite the fact that one false move could result in death. And the simplistic construction - a wooden seat and two pieces of rope tied to a precarious looking pole protruding from an old treehouse - means this isn't one for the faint-hearted.
