The Siming E-business Service Center recently hosted an industrial service exchange conference where they officially launched the upgraded Siming E-business Service Platform 2.0 and the mobile offline command center — the Siming E-business Service Center. The main goal of the initiative is to build a high-efficiency, one-stop comprehensive industrial service platform and enhance the business environment in Siming district, Xiamen.
During the conference, the improvements made to the platform were highlighted, including the integration and optimization to create a comprehensive industrial service system called "1+2+3+4", consisting of one center, two core elements, three service teams, and four application scenarios. This system is designed to provide enterprises with more efficient and convenient services.

One of the highlights of this platform upgrade is the addition of new services. Enterprise users have reported a shift in demands from "offline assistance" to "online intelligent solutions", allowing them to register their requests, check processing status, and evaluate outcomes through the "request services" module on the platform using a computer or mobile device.
A special service signing ceremony was also held at the conference, linking the Siming E-business Platform with the Cloud Platform of Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District and www.xmkjjr.com (Xiamen Science and Technology Financial Service Platform) to provide precise legal and financial services to enterprises. Additionally, 33 new Siming E-business offline service stations have been established to enhance the support system for enterprises.
