Diego Maradona back in intensive care

Diego Maradona was back in intensive care Wednesday, days after he
abruptly ended nearly two weeks of treatment for heart and lung problems.

[AFP] | Maradona was in stable condition after returning to the hospital because of
an eating problem, according to a statement by the medical team treating him. It
did not elaborate.
Earlier, Alfredo Cahe, Maradona's personal physician, told a local radio
station that the former soccer star returned to the hospital because of fatigue.
Cahe also said the 43-year-old Maradona was expected to remain at a private
clinic in downtown Buenos Aires "for the next two or three days."
Maradona, who led Argentina to the 1986 World Cup, was released from the
hospital last Thursday after spending 12 days there with a heart inflammation
and lung infection.
In 2000, FIFA chose him as the game's best player ever, along with Pele.
He was suspended from the Italian league in 1991 for 15 months following a
positive test for cocaine. Three years later, FIFA suspended him for 15 months
for a positive test at the World Cup. Maradona retired from pro soccer in 1997.
In 2000, Maradona was hospitalized in Uruguay and diagnosed with a severe
heart condition. He later moved to Cuba for drug rehabilitation.
Maradona's family has said drugs had nothing to do with the hospitalization.
