“北京藍”引發網友刷屏

近日北京天空放晴，碧空如洗，美麗的“北京藍”給人們帶來了無限驚喜。

幾場雷陣雨（thunderstorms）過后，北京藍天如洗，白云如同棉花糖一般（fleecy clouds）。市民們走出門去，一覽大自然美景并用鏡頭記錄這難得一見的好天氣。繼“APEC藍”（APEC Blue）之后，北京的藍天再次刷屏社交網絡。

近期出現的“北京藍”得益于兩方面：一是受華北上空的冷渦（cold vortex）影響。高空（in high altitude）冷渦帶來多股冷空氣，有利于空氣中污染物的擴散（help to dilute and diffuse pollutants in the air）；二是環境治理效果初顯。在京津冀協同發展（integrated and coordinated development of Beijing , Tianjin and Hebei province）的背景下，治污經費增加，排放不合格的汽車被禁止上路。北京市政府立志于2017年前將引發有毒霧霾的PM2.5濃度降低20%（aim to reduce the density of PM 2.5, particulate matter that causes hazardous smog, by 20% by 2017）。
